My experience with Honda of Lincoln was amazing! ! The facility was spotless and the staff was more than polite and accommodating. Working with Russ was the absolute best experience I have ever had w ! The facility was spotless and the staff was more than polite and accommodating. Working with Russ was the absolute best experience I have ever had with any dealer in my 40+ years. He set me up with exactly what I was looking for. Answered every question in detail at any time. He explained and covered everything that I needed to know about my new vehicle in detail. (Lots of things I would have struggled on down the road) all in all a fantastic, no pressure experience that I will share with others!! I will definitely be working with Honda of Lincoln in the future if not exclusively!!! More

I had a wonderful experience buying my new car with Honda of Lincoln. I went back and forth between deciding if leasing or purchasing would be the best option for me, and Russ was knowledgeable and did a go of Lincoln. I went back and forth between deciding if leasing or purchasing would be the best option for me, and Russ was knowledgeable and did a good job at explaining the pros/cons of either option and he was able to give me the information I needed, which led me to purchasing instead of leasing as the best fit for me. Russ was knowledgeable and was able to give me all of the information needed in order for me to make the best decision for myself. We had to wait for the car to be delivered, but Russ was able to keep me up to date on any updates on when the car would be arriving and called me as soon as it came in so we could make arrangements to come pick it up! Everything was taken care of wonderfully and had a great experience. I would recommend to others and would come back to purchase another vehicle! :) More
