This was not the first dealership I had gone to in this search, but it was t I did not realize that buying a new car could be such a good experience! This was not the first dealership I had gone to in this search, but it was the last and I’m certain that it will be the only one I go to or recommend from now on. Russ was so patient and very thoroughly explained everything on the cars, even before I was certain that I was going to buy. He was also helpful in giving me all the information that I needed to make the best financial decision for myself. Sometimes, as a woman shopping for a car, some salesmen can come across as condescending and make it an uncomfortable experience, but this was not the case at Honda of Lincoln. Russ was kind, respectful and patient. After being at the dealership for 3 hours Russ even said that I didn’t need to make the decision that day, which told me what I needed to know about him as a salesman. I feel like he is there to help the person at the other side of his desk, not meet some arbitrary bottom line. Best dealership in the area hands down! Just a year and a half ago I purchased my first ever new car, an Accord. They had me in a loaner vehicle by the end of the day, no charge. Russ Meyer, my salesperson, was kind and understood that I was still processing what had happened. He allowed me to take my time, NO PRESSURE and helped me to find what I wanted. I am happy to say that I left today, again a HAPPY Honda of Lincoln customer. Another great Honda of Lincoln Experience I was looking for a good used Honda for my daughter's first car. I have come to appreciate how quickly these vehicles move at the dealership and so I I was looking for a good used Honda for my daughter's first car. He gave me a call and let me know of a vehicle he thought was something I should consider. It had been traded for just that evening and he was on the phone with me right away. I got to the dealership and he had everything ready. It was a great experience, he helped me get a good price fitting my budget and I was very satisfied. I did my research thoroughly, before going. I’d been to a few dealerships before Honda. The other dealerships either didn’t give me the time of day or pressured me into buying this or that. But at the Honda dealership, Russ approched me so sincerely! I really loved the service! He was soo nice, had definitely more knowledge about the vehicles than what I’d looked up, and he was very personable (talked about our Christmas and holiday plans).
