Dayton Brockett was my product specialist and first contact at Royal Moore. He was polite, professional and accommodating. Not only was Dayton ready for me when I showed up, at my request he was willing to get right down to business in a low-pressure discussion. Dayton made a great first impression for Royal Moore Toyota. Rudy Alaniz the sales manager... not so much. Rudy started out friendly, but things changed the moment that he realized that he couldn't close a deal with me. I told him what numbers he needed to beat, and when he came back with an offer that was thousands of dollars away and I declined it, Rudy stood up from the table, shoved his papers at Dayton, and walked away without any cordial comments to me (no "thank you for coming in", no "sorry we couldn't close a deal today", no "please consider us again for your next purchase", no nothing). Rudy made a poor last impression for Royal Moore. Overall, Royal Moore has a large volume of inventory and their pricing is fair (after you get them past their initial offer... do your homework). They aren't the lowest priced dealership in the area, but there can be other reasons to buy from them. More
