Excellent Service and Customer Support I work with several dealerships in the area due to having a fleet of different models of vehicles where it work. I have all of my vehicles including my ford car serviced here. The service staff is second to none. They ensure I am a 100% satisfied with the service they do for me. We brought a car for my granddaughter and had taken it to other repair shops and they could not figure out the issues. The Service shop at Holm Chevrolet got it fixed after being in three of shops. Chuck and Jamie do an excellent job of getting your car fixed right. The entire staff does a very professional job. I purchased a 2011 Transverse from Holm and the finance department got me a lower rate and any bank in the area. Holm Chevrolet also does an excellent job of supporting events such as Breast Cancer, and Prostate Cancer. They also support all of the surrounding communities, and are strong military supporter. We were able to look in the parking lot without being flagged down or hassled. Once we were ready to talk we walked in and were greeted immediately. David was more than eager to get us in the right vehicle for us. Once I was approved for the loan it was time for the paperwork. However, my payment was higher than quoted. This was due to a higher interest rate than expected. When I told Corey it wasn't possible and was ready to walk away in tears he did everything in his power to make me happy. He made multiple phone calls were made to decrease my interest rate. Thanks to his hard work and commitment I was able to walk away a happy customer. There is no doubt we will be returning to Holm's for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks again!! :) More
