Ross stopped by and said hi also which was nice and apologized that Matt Holm was not there that day. After we were finished with the paperwork with JR, Kent was a very good salesman in selling the onstar service which we are still enjoying and he was extremely helpful in getting it all set up for us including helping us with the onstar setup call in the car. We had a great experience, Thank you to everyone, and for the popcorn too and balloons for our kids. More

I would rather drive it than my 2017 Toyota Highlander Platinum. The customer service provided by Chris, Ross, Matt and J.R. was simply outstanding. Chris was great to work with on the purchase and made us feel right at home. We have found our new car buying dealership. Great customer service breeds loyal customers and Holm employees do it right. My battery seemed to be going bad the cold morning after the sale and Chris made sure I was provided a new battery at no cost.
