I called in to check in on a Sienna that may be available. Jason was the first to answer the phone and despite the Sienna possibly being sold, Jason kept me in the loop and updated over a several d available. I drove up anyway to check it out and the sale fell through with the other buyer. Had Jason not kept me in the loop and been proactive, we would have kept searching. We ended up buying the Sienna instead of just looking at it. Thank you Jason! More

I just sold my 2010 Toyota Highlander and was interested in a new Camry LE hybrid that Royal Moore listed on their web page. It was in transit, so I attempted to contact a salesperson to inquire about it's in a new Camry LE hybrid that Royal Moore listed on their web page. It was in transit, so I attempted to contact a salesperson to inquire about it's "Moore Value Price", per their website. I first texted Olivia Taylor who could not answer me but forwarded me to Ronaldo Xochicale Munoz. He texted me with an introduction and asked me what model of Camry Hybrid that I was interested. After I replied, I heard nothing else from him, despite asking twice if there was a problem. Nothing. I have to assume that I was not interested in buying a more expensive car, despite that I already own a 2021 RAV4 Prime XSE. I am not impressed in Ronaldo's service and will not do business with him. I am sadly questioning how I would be treated by anyone else at the dealership. More
