Ron went over and beyond to assist me and my family purchase 2 vehicles outright ! He even drove the car to my Mom’s house because she’s so old! If you need a new car, he’s your man!!! We bought two used cars on the same day. We drove one of them off the lot and the second we needed to wait for them to make a second key and get a hub cap. We waited five days for them to co We drove one of them off the lot and the second we needed to wait for them to make a second key and get a hub cap. We waited five days for them to complete this task and when my wife came to pick up the car they did not have another key nor the hub cap. I have tried calling them with no response. Furthermore, we financed about 5k with them and got a surcharged of $600 that I missed buried in the paperwork. Their actions are extremely shady and do not recommend them at all. There are many other car dealerships in Charlotte. More
