My 2023 Silverado Duramax (I6 TurboDiesel) was down for 67 days for a DEF injector hose, due to the UAW strike in late 2023. Truck had 182 miles. Chevrolet took care of me after a strong letter. The dealer personnel did what they could, not their fault. Truck was finally fixed. From the start, the passive door lock / unlock switch on the passenger door handle didn't work. I began having radio problems with volume and XM saved channels dropping off. FINALLY got those problems fixed this week and the truck is now 100% functional. Overall experience with LynnLayton has been a wash, the bad matching the good. Will see what the future holds. More
