When it came time to trade in my SUV for a minivan I thought, "oh lord I have to deal with a car salesman," and then I met Ron. He is not your typical saleman. He is relaxed and patient. I didn't feel pressured or rushed by him which is refreshing. If he didn't know the answer to my question, he didn't make up an answer or tell me what I wanted to hear, he went and researched it. He called me after a surgery I had to ask how I was doing which showed me he listens and cares about the person, not just the sale. I will recommend him to all my friends and when I need another new car, I will call him as he made this an enjoyable experience. His relaxed and caring personality will take him far. More

We were in the market for a newer auto and found what we wanted with the help of Ron Cooper who is one of the nicest salemen that you could ask for. Ron did an awesome job. Many salesman are pushy and want to show u what they think you need. But Ron showed me and my husband cars we wanted to look at. Never rushed us into buying. Ron "Chum" Cooper is the only reason that I bought a car from Taylor's. The price of the vehicle was OK, the trade for my old vehicle was somewhat fair. When the deal was done and I had paid bought a car from Taylor's. The price of the vehicle was OK, the trade for my old vehicle was somewhat fair. When the deal was done and I had paid for the vehicle I got a minimal amount of fuel and found a few suprises, but Taylor's seems to be getting them fixed (Still no fuel). I may reccomend Taylor's to others if they follow through on fixing the issues with the vehicle. Chum did a very fine job and made sure I met the people in the service department and all the managers he could find. He is a gem that Taylor's should cherish, HE made me feel welcome and showed that he cared about the customer. More

Our overall experience was good. Ron Cooper did a great job with the sale. He was always offering beverages and friendly conversation in the process of working out the deal. One of the owners introduced themselves as we were waiting and asked if the Service Department had come up and introduced themselves and the services that they provide. They never did come up and we even seen Ron telling them that we were in the process of purchasing a vehicle and suggesting they do so. At the end, I had to go to them and tell them that the owner said that there would be some service offers with the sale of the vehicle. If I would have not went up to them after Ron reminded me, I would have not known of their services that they offer. Our overall experience was great as far as the sales part of the purchase. If part of the service departments job is to greet customers as the owner had mentioned that did not happen and would be the only part of the sale that was missed. More

My husband called Ron first thing in the morning and told him our situation. The second Ron got off the phone he went to work looking for exactly what my husband said he was looking for and before I knew it him our situation. Throughout the entire process Ron was extremely kind, friendly and personable. Not once did he ever try and up sell us or try and talk us into something we did not want. He made us feel that we were in control which you do not find at many dealerships especially in Great Falls. Ron's card will remain in our wallets and we will continue to recommend him. During price negotiation Brad was straight forward and not pushy at all. He let us name our price and there was no back and forth negotiation after that which is also something hard to find at dealerships in Great Falls. Thanks again for the wonderful service we received from everyone from Taylor's. You all brought some positive to the negative situation our family was thrown in to. More

I enjoyed working with Ron Cooper very much, very easy to speak with and he truly wants to help you find what you need. In fact, ALL of the employees I worked with shared that work ethic. Unfortunately, I have bad credit, and I was treated with much less than courtesy and respect, but that was by the manager of ARC, not the folks at Taylor's. The people at Taylor's were without exception, professional, helpful, and wanted very much for me to have a reliable car that I can get to and from work in. Exceptional job by Ron, when my son and I were there, he brought us hot dogs because we hadn't had time to grab anything to eat that day. I would also like to thank Brian Palmer for his help in explaining things in a way I could follow, without being condescending or rude, and to Mike Taylor who helped smooth the whole process for me. Taylor's would get an unequivocal 5 stars from me, had it not been for the finance manager at ARC. More
