I got a competitive price for the X3 and a good tra buying my 2019 X3 at BMW of Silver Spring with Ron Askew as a salesman and a manager Mike Bolgar. Professional I highly recommend looking for Ron Askew specifically. Nice guy. I put $1000 down to hold a vehicle and within 6 hours sealed a deal elsewhere. My October 5, 2018 BMW Sil. Springs Dealership Experience I originally came to BMW Silver Spring to have my vehicle (2016 BMW 228i xDrive) serviced. I did not expect that I was going to drive away with a new I originally came to BMW Silver Spring to have my vehicle (2016 BMW 228i xDrive) serviced. I did not expect that I was going to drive away with a new 2019 BMW 430i xDrive Gran Coupe (sold as loaner car). While waiting for my original car - I decided to make the best of my wait time and explore the sales lot. I was approached by Ron Askew who had noticed me looking at some of the BMW for sale on the lot. He had asked if I needed some assistance - but I told him that I was waiting for my car that was in service and that I was just looking. He replied okay and stated that if I need any assistance to let him know. After about an hour and half or so - I had inquired about a BMW that was in the sales lot. Ron assisted and mentioned that it was a 2015 BMW 4 series. Long-story-short, after some discussions - Ron had showed me some of the great deals that they had on some of their loaner cars. I was impressed with the 2019 BMW 4 Series that was available and was actually being used by Mr. Anthony Lucas. After some further discussions, physical review of the car, and test drive - I was sold. Though this turned out to be a very long day - I was impressed by Mr. Ron Askew, Mr. Mikhial McKenzie, and Mr. Anthony Lucas' professionalism, support with questions, and customer service. I also would like to point out that my service rep Rachel Rhea was very professional and helpful to me while my original car was being serviced. Thank you. More

Ron Askew was attentive, polite, honest, personal, pleasant and very professional. Ron made me feel very comfortable! I came in with a lot of anxiety, however he was able to alleviate my concerns about purchasing my new BMW, he was in constant contact with with helpful information during this entire process. Customer service like never before It my pleasure to write this review. I am very particular when selecting a vehicle. I researched every aspect of the car before coming to the dealer. It my pleasure to write this review. I am very particular when selecting a vehicle. I researched every aspect of the car before coming to the dealer. I thought I knew what I wanted -- as a matter of fact, I was SURE I did. I found a New 2018 X6 that had everything I wanted. the folks at BMW of SS really know what they are doing. After careful review of my needs, they found me an even better deal in a 2019 X6 with features I hadn't imagined. Ron worked with me for weeks as I decided how to proceed. He stayed late, past his time off to assist me. This is service beyond expectations. And the team approach was evident. Ron even recruited his manager Joanna to research accessories that i wanted. My model wasn't compatible with the desired accessories, but Joanna still spent a great deal of time attempting to make it happen. I really felt like I was important and my purchase mattered. This, for me, is why I will now be bringing my car to be serviced here as well. I am a loyal BMW customer, and this is my second X6. I moved from NJ where I had my first experience with an amazing BMW dealer/ service department. Since moving to MARYLAND, I have not received service anywhere near as good as BMW of Mount Laurel New Jersey - until now!!. If your looking for an amazing BMW experience i highly endorse THIS dealer. And no - they didn't pay me to give this review!!!! (But I will accept any monetary gifts they offer, lol) More
