We are extremely happy with our purchase and had a very pleasant experience working with Ron Askew. Ron is the best and JC Thomas is just as good. We went back to this dealer multiple times over the past 12 months and never felt like they were pushing to sell us a car but instead Ron worked very patiently with us to find a car that we liked for the price we want to pay. Hard to find that kind of service these days. Thank you BMW of Silver Spring. You guys rock! More

During a chance encounter with Ron three years ago he was personable, professional I’d recommend Ron Askew to a friend or family without hesitation! During a chance encounter with Ron three years ago he was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable about BMW. That encounter underscored the reason why I opted to visit Silver Spring BMW versus any of its competitors. The sales experience with Ron followed the same narrative. Perhaps what was most impressive was the absence of pressure. After test driving the vehicle and subsequently crunching the numbers, I opted to sleep on the information. The following morning, our dialogue picked up where it had left off…I returned to the dealership and drove off in the X2 I’d been eyeing!! More

Ron is super friendly, encouraging, and low pressure. He asks great questions to help you find the car you want and works patiently and very professionally with you through every step of the process. I also worked with Joanna McCarthy on sales and she was excellent too, explaining all my options and price points. Andrew Lippincott handled the finance aspect and this was clear, fast, and very pleasant and professional also. A smooth and hassle free experience all around.
