I had the best experience at BMW of Silver Spring with Ron Askew. The funny thing is I wasn't looking for a vehicle but had a service appointment. While I was waiting I saw how he treated another customer Ron Askew. The funny thing is I wasn't looking for a vehicle but had a service appointment. While I was waiting I saw how he treated another customer and I was impressed. I walked up to his desk and said when I am ready to trade in my car (2014 535I) I am going to come and see you. We engaged in conversation about what I am currently driving and what my future options could be for a newer year and model. I was open to his questions and decided to move forward. He even recommended the coating to keep my black car extra shiny. Needless to say I went home in a new 530I X drive, and an amazing deal. I enjoyed his style so much that I have already started referring friends, and colleagues to him. I have been coming to this location for 3 years and I always receive the best customer service.
