Customer service is the pentacle of any justification for me to write a review. When I walked into the BMW dealership of Silver Spring, I had a set budget in mind. Ron Askew was my Client Advisor. Ron not only listened to my needs/ desires, but actively provided guidance, and sound feedback once he located a vehicle within my budget. I must admit I was reluctant to move forward initially due to the monthly cost being a little higher than anticipated, but Ron and his manager were able to accommodate by meeting me half way . In addition, after my purchase Ron went out of his way to follow up with me on two separate occasions to see how I was enjoying my vehicle, and is always available when I have questions via email or cell phone. Therefore, I feel confident and reassured about my purchase and will only work with Ron for my feature BMW purchases. If you want top service, Ron is your guy! More

Iso Ebong, the Pr-Owned Director, went out of his way to accommodate my needs due to me being over an hour away. The camaraderie among the staff was evident which made buying the car actually fun. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from BMW in silver spring. It is the worst experience I had. After I bought the car, I found out it doesn’t have floor carpet then they had to mail it to me. They didn’ spring. It is the worst experience I had. After I bought the car, I found out it doesn’t have floor carpet then they had to mail it to me. They didn’t have the car manual ready nor the second key. They had to mail it to me as well. When the key arrived, it wasn’t working. In less than 2 weeks of buying the car before even putting gas in it, the engine light came on. I live more than an hour away and now I have to take it for service and it hasn’t been even driven since it was purchased. It is supposed to be a certified car. I wouldn’t recommend their certified used cars based on my experience. More

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Askew with selecting and purchasing my first BMW X3 in 2017 and when I needed a new vehicle due to an accident I came back to. Mr. Askew. Once again, Mr. Askew went above and beyond in assisting me with finding a replacement vehicle. His recommendations were extremely helpful, and I appreciated Mr. Askew answering every question I had as well as taking the time to ensure I felt comfortable with managing my new vehicle. I was also impressed with Mr. Ebong, he made the financing process amazingly easy. He was very detail oriented, knowledgeable, and I appreciated his patience with me with acquiring documentation from my insurance company regarding the status of my vehicle. Trying to purchase a vehicle in a short period of time due to an accident can be extremely stressful, however; both Mr. Askew and Mr. Ebong enabled me to be calm throughout this process. I am pleased with my new vehicle. Both Mr. Askew and Mr. Ebong exhibited excellent customer service to me throughout my entire buying process. They are both assets to your organization.
