I commenced my contact with the service center by calling to inquire about whether the center was open and functional during the Covid-19 crisis. My call was answered by Roman who was helpful, informative, and reassuring. Roman even offered his cell number in case I had additional questions. Great guy! When I arrived at the service center the next day, Roman directed me to Amy who skillfully processed my Mazda 3 (which needed a new AC compressor), and secured a wonderful loaner vehicle for me (Roman also came and introduced himself in person when I received my loaner vehicle. Great guy!) Amy was cordial, efficient, and focused on results throughout the whole repair process. She provided me with updates on the progress of the repair via phone and text message which was wonderful. Once the repair was done a few days later, Amy let know and was equally delightful during the return of the loaner, and processing my payment for the repair. Amy is a great asset to the operation, and between her and Roman, I had an excellent customer service experience! I will definitely recommend Culver City Mazda to my friends and family without hesitation. I will also return to Culver City Mazda for all my ongoing Mazda service and sales needs. OVER RATED As a regular at Santa Monica Mazda, when they closed the nearest dealer was Culver City so I gave them a try. . On my first visit, I was quoted an extraordinary amount for re-keying my car by a manager. Thinking this seemed unusually high, I called other Mazda dealers, and was quoted half the price. Since Culver City already had my car, I called back and was connected to AMY who gave me a fair quote so I continued with the work. When I needed my sunroof repaired I called Amy again, but when my husband dropped off the car, another service person took the car and called him with another extraordinarily high quote. Again, I called another dealer for comparison quote on this specific repair and it was almost half. I believe they are the only Mazda dealer on the Westside....and price accordingly and certainly depends on who is giving the quote. I WILL NEVER go there again, and unless you have money to spare....I would take the drive to Glendale MAZDA, who gave me fair and reasonable quotes over phone both times. Worth the drive! More
