Words can't describe how disappointing I am to be the lucky one who got the terrible experience. My agent who was serving me ended getting fired. It's starts from the top. The dealership PDI team didn't fully service my new truck like they should have. Dell from Toyota dealership told me that my truck fall through the cracks. My dash cam falling off, no windshield fluid, my engine oil was short by a quart. I was lucky to take my Tacoma to a local Toyota they were able to replace the dash cam and top off my fluids. On DM leasing they just flat out drop this to wrong agent. Not sure if it was due to inexperience or lack of awareness. My truck brand new was delivered to me it looked like. Used up 3 year old truck that was never cleaned. Engine in absolute mess cover in dirt and dust. Interior was covered in dust. Just didn't smell new. Oh and not even a full tank of gas. To top it off I'm with cherry on top. My truck was driven down to fort worth from alta Oklahoma put in almost 400 miles. Then just to add another 42 miles to get my truck cleaned up what they should have done in the first place. I heard all great things about DM leasing. But unfortunately my experience wasn't pleasant. While do appreciate John who took over my deal. And get my truck cleaned. But the moment was already ruined the first time around. So I hope DM leasing can train their agents and also have a dealership rep to reach to the customer to show them how to operate the new features. Bc I'm calling the dealership on how the software and tech works. My agent was clueless. Probably be my first and last. If I lease again won't be with DM leasing. Id go directly to the dealership.
