He was quick to respond and provided me with multiple quotes based on the conditions I asked for. His efficiency and transparency helped us move forward much faster than we expected. Honestly, we couldn’t believe how much progress we could make simply through messaging on our phones, even before visiting in person. Later, even without an appointment, we stopped by Rudy Luther and finally met Roger in person. We were very impressed with his professionalism and the effort he put into finding us the best possible deal. Everything was explained clearly and simply, and just one week later, our car was ready.
