Roel and his family have called Dallas home since the summer of 2007. Easiest Vehicle Purchase I’ve Ever Made Roel helped us purchase a used Tahoe. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was the only person we had to talk to as well. No hagg Roel helped us purchase a used Tahoe. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was the only person we had to talk to as well. No haggling with a sales manager or anyone else. We live 2.5 hours from the warehouse/dealership so the entire deal was made over the phone including trade and financing. When we arrived the next day he had the vehicle shined up nice and it was exactly as promised. We did about 30 minutes of paperwork and drove off in our dream car at a great price. 5 STAR DEALERSHIP. They showed me their detailing shop and the work they were doing to my new truck and is as good or better than factory. I worked with Roel Ortiz and he was extremely responsive, friendly, forthright, and honest. I'll never buy from another dealer as long as I'm in the Dallas area. More
