Prior to leaving from Texas, Rodney put the truck in the rear, ensuring it wasn’t sold during our 5 hour drive. Rodney and Tristen were both very personable. Once we decided to make the purchase, the process went pretty quickly. I was quite surprised that such an expensive vehicle and it didn’t come with any floor mats. Rodney said that it would probably only cost $150 if I bought them from WeatherTech myself. Although I was disappointed, $150 didn’t seem horrible. However, I later learned that the package actually cost more than $350. I pinged Rodney with several questions post sale. He was very responsive and provided direct answers. Besides the floor mat issue, I thought that the Patriot team did a great job. In short, I would buy from them again. More

After spending two full days at other dealerships who refused to work with our preferred method of payment, I sent an inquiry to Patriot Hyundai in Bartlesville and heard back within 30 minutes. This was around 6 PM, and the person who called—Cooper—was helpful, quick, and professional. He asked if we could come in the next day, and we set a time for 10 to 10:30. I even got a confirmation message early that morning checking in, which I appreciated. When we arrived, the vehicle I wanted to see was already pulled up and waiting for us. Rodney greeted us, explained that the other one I liked was in the shop getting some work done, and immediately got to business. I explained our situation and our preferred way of doing things—and while he asked the right questions and did his job thoroughly, he always respected our boundaries. That alone made the experience better than anywhere else we’d been. We were in and out in under four hours, and that included everything. Doug helped set up my Blue Link, and Brien explained the warranty options clearly and without pressure. Several team members stopped to congratulate us and made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell this is a dealership where the employees are treated well, because the energy shows. Everyone was upbeat, kind, and actually happy to be there—and that makes a difference. My husband will be in the market for a truck soon, and we’ll definitely be back. Rodney and the Patriot team made this the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. More

Very friendly and easy to work with! Rodney and Cooper were great and were very communicative. I’m glad we were able to negotiate a deal for both parties to be happy. I will say, if negotiations are happening, I would have the GM approach sooner than having a third man going back and forth which takes time. Other than that, great experience and now a lot shorter in time to buy a car with the electronic documents. More
