PERFECT! We went into the dealership on Black Friday not expecting to get much attention. Boy were we wrong! Rodney Lewis talked to my mom about different car We went into the dealership on Black Friday not expecting to get much attention. Boy were we wrong! Rodney Lewis talked to my mom about different car options and allowed her to test drive two different vehicles. My mom thought she needed another car, but Rodney knew exactly what would work best for her and made sure she found what she needed. He made the process painless and my mom ended up with a Highlander. She is VERY happy with her new SUV and has been driving everyone around since she got it. Rodney definitely knows a lot about the vehicles on the lot and he went above and beyond to make the entire experience a pleasant one. Bill Utnick also helped my mom to get the best payment options for her new Highlander. He provided friendly service as well. Great Service and selection Upon entering the dealership, there was no hassle or pressure, which is the one thing I find annoying about dealerships. The sales rep introduced himself and gave a great first impression of Fred Anderson Toyota. I wasn't sure what car or SUV I wanted to purchase but just really wanted to look at options. He asked me a few questions to get an understanding of what I wanted and also gave me options that I really didn't think of. He answered all of my questions with each car/SUV I looked at, so I was impressed by the fact that he knew what he was selling. Some sales reps do not take the time to know what they are selling, therefore, will try to sell you anything, but I was impressed by the knowledge that the sales rep had of each of the cars.
