I found exactly what I was looking for at Vernon's Auto Group thru Autotrader. Price was $2500 less than any other similar trucks from other dealers. I also received what I expected in my trade-in. Rodney and I completed a deal over the phone in about 5 minutes and it took about the same length of time to complete the deal when I went to pick it up. The car buying experience was so simple, I will definitely do it again. Well worth my 4 1/2 hour drive to go to Vernon's! More

Amazing Service!!! I bought a used Audi from the dealership "as is". I drove it for a day and parked it in the garage for the night. The next morning there were fluids I bought a used Audi from the dealership "as is". I drove it for a day and parked it in the garage for the night. The next morning there were fluids running into the driveway and all over the garage floor. I called the dealership expecting to be told I bought the car "as is", which I did, and got a great price. Instead, my salesman Rodney told me not to worry that he would find a solution and call me back. The Vernon Auto team sent a truck to my house to pick up the car so we wouldn't have to start it and possibly cause more damage. I followed them to the dealership where they already had a lift ready for the car and three mechanics worked to figure out the problem. I turned out to be a simple heater hose fix and I drove the car home that day. They had no idea it was a simple fix or whether it could have been a major problem but they immediately, without hesitation, picked it up and fixed it. I knew they had a reputation for great customer service on new vehicles, but I am amazed at their level of care in purchasing a used vehicle. More
