I came in for an alignment and have a tire changed and the service was exceptional. The valet received me with a warm welcome and remembered me from previous visits. Then, Robin helped me understand every the service was exceptional. The valet received me with a warm welcome and remembered me from previous visits. TERRIBLE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. One star is way too much for this place, wish I could do zero or negative stars. They called me to make an appointment to get t DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. One star is way too much for this place, wish I could do zero or negative stars. They called me to make an appointment to get the car serviced and told me they would give me a loaner. I got there 20 mins before my appointment time and Robin still made me wait an hour and a half to tell me she can't give me a loaner. Asked her to speak to a manager and he was super helpful and got me out of there quick with the loaner car. 4 days later I call Robin to see what's going on and they said "oh your car is ready, we forgot to call you" No apology, UNPROFESSIONAL. When I came to drop off the loaner I called in advance and noticed them to please have my car ready because I was running late and had to pick my kids up from school. After waiting a little over 50 mins they said that the car wasn't ready we need about 5 more mins. Waited 15 mins and i said I gotta go and took the loaner because my car wasn't ready. (NO APOLOGY). Called me and said if you don't bring it back by 5 p.m we will charge your card $120. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and inconsiderate for other people's time. Went back instantly to speak to management (TERRIBLE not the same manager from drop off) didn't even want to hear my side of the story and was VERY RUDE and inconsiderate for wasting my time and didn't care that I couldn't pick my kids up from school. Started raising his voice and at this point I said stop talking to me and go get my car please. Robin wouldn't let me take my personal belongings out before she started her pictures and I asked her to please wait til I was done to do whatever she wanted to do and she wouldn't stop. I told her I do not want my personal belongings in your pictures and she completely ignored me and continued with taking her pictures. After all that they broke my glove compartment and didn't care. Complete waste of time and unbelievably unprofessional establishment. The lady at the desk was awesome tho! More
