When I go into a dealership I appreciate someone that takes time to explain things to me. I appreciate Someone that is not pushy and understands everyone has different circumstances. We made an appointment ahead of time and, when we walked in, we were greeted with a positive attitude and a Can Do approach to finding the car we wanted. They were quick and nice. They had the vehicle I wanted in stock and held it for me since I had to drive 2.5 hours to get there.
