The vehicle came faster even with the bad weather. The whole transaction was quick and easy. Sales people are friendly and not that pushy. Bob had enough patience with us and we eventually bought the protector package from the dealer with a good price. At the end, Kevin spent a full 1/2 hours to make sure we understood how to use the fancy control board before we are out off the door. Strongly recommended. More

I had gone on TrueCar.com put in my requirements and within about 20 minutes I received an email and phone call from Craig asking my preferences, inviting us to come for a test drive and such. All this was happening during the week of Christmas. Went in for the test drive and Craig was with someone so Pam arranged to have an Escape pulled up for us to drive. Craig checked to make sure we were being helped. Drove the car and I loved it. Talked with Craig afterwards about price, financing, and he found our color. Went back a few days later to pick up the car. Brandon was wonderful explaining all the technology and said if I need more help (I am not very adept with technology) come in any time. I am terrible with names but everyone we met made sure we were being helped, asking if we needed anything. I would definitely purchase any future vehicles from them. More

Mark and Kevin did a good job of obtaining my desired vehicle from Iowa after previous attempts to work out a trade with local dealerships did not work. Issues with the transport company then raised my concern but the team at Fair Oaks worked together and got my MKZ Hybrid delivered to me in pristine condition. The purchase experience was extremely pleasant until the attempts to upsell the interior/exterior protection packages and the upgraded warranty. They should leave this to the salespeople to handle as part of the purchase transaction so you don't feel like you're at a Vacation Timeshare Sales presentation where they move you from one salesperson to another to try and "close the deal". Other than this, I was COMPLETELY satisfied in dealing with Craig and Ryan. They both made it a PLEASURE to make a vehicle purchase. More

Craig followed up with an email and found a car on the lot that day. He called me with my credit approval after about an hour and I went to the dealership that day. I saw the car within about a minute of being there and from there it was all paper work. It did take awhile but that is understandable at a dealership. The only complaint I had on the dealership was being talked to by different people for different warranties and upgrades. I would have wished that was done at all at once or by one person. More

He found me a vehicle in one day. It was downstate Illinois , but he took care of business and had me in my new car in three days. Kudos to everyone at Fair Oaks, from Robert to John and my techie nerd Jermey (who taught me all I needed to know in 15 minutes). LOL More
