I had two other Ford dealers in IL and WI looking for the truck I wanted. Craig presented me more options and his follow through was much better than the other two dealers. If you want to buy a vehicle and don't need the showroom experience Craig will be a great guy to work with. Jose Santiago handled the truck delivery process. He provided great customer service as well. The process was fairly quick and Jose assisted with setup of my Sync account so I was off the lot with a functioning electronic setup as well. More

Feeling Fantastic After Purchasing a Car I purchased my new Lincoln MKC over the weekend. I worked with Craig Holsman at FairOaks Lincoln, he was absolutely fantastic! I started my search v I purchased my new Lincoln MKC over the weekend. I worked with Craig Holsman at FairOaks Lincoln, he was absolutely fantastic! I started my search via email about 5 months ago. Craig was very helpful in providing options, incentives, rebate information and most of all patience. This was a big decision for me. I have talked about purchasing a new car for years and the right car just didn't stand out to me. I found the car I wanted while looking at Lincoln and was then set on at least what car I wanted. I emailed the dealership and Craig emailed me back very shortly asking what he could assist me with. We went back and forth and I almost purchased the car but decided at the last minute to wait a few more months. When I touched base with Craig recently he was very helpful and we picked up the car for me. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, friendly and made us feel at home, no pressure. Robert even volunteered some dog walking dutties, ha ha. He was great as well! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Great experience! More
