Great Dealership I am a senior and have bought several vehicles in my time. This, by far, was the best purchasing experience I've had. I did much research on line, loo I am a senior and have bought several vehicles in my time. This, by far, was the best purchasing experience I've had. I did much research on line, looking at various types and models. The Ford Escape stood out. I filled out all the required information and was soon contacted by Craig Holsman. He was terrific. Craig was up front and straight forward - no hassling or hiding information. He was interested in making me a fair offer. Upon picking up the car, everything was prepared just as he said it would be. Nothing was hidden and the price did not change. Everyone who took care of me from there treated me like family. Bob, the manager, Steve the finance person, and Vince, a salesperson who instructed me on the features of the vehicle. The sale was engineered similar to Harley Davidson, where everyone greets you after making your purchase, congratulates you, and ensures you of being there for you. I highly recommend Fair Oaks and the folks who work there. I have two vehicles, one I just traded for the new Escape and the other, when it's time to trade it in, will be through Fair Oaks. More

Our only other c/o was the time it took to actually get the car- over 2 hrs meeting w everyone. Too long!! We did appreciate the time spent teaching us how to work all of the inner workings of the car including the app. More
