SCAMMER ALERT! ! FRAUD TEAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. I and my sister came here first time to purchase a Toyota Prius Prime in May 2021, the sales and financ ! FRAUD TEAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. I and my sister came here first time to purchase a Toyota Prius Prime in May 2021, the sales and finance departments are extremely SHADY. We came here with 2 quotes from Toyota Daly City and Toyota SF. After spending 5 hours there, I was able to negotiate with the salesperson, Laurie Garibay and the sales manager Dawood Nazrani in purchasing a Toyota Prius Prime Limited with an out-of-door price of $36, 112. The finance manager/Robert Taguinod showed me an out-of-door price $36,112 on his computer screen and had me sign on the electronic pad in the finance office; However, the copy of the contract was NOT given to me immediately by the finance manager in the office. Instead, the contract was given to me in a brown envelope by the sales person/Laurie when car was delivered to me before I left the dealership. -When I got home, I realized they charged me $40704.45 which is a lot more than what we agreed upon. They charged me mark-up price of $4995 on top of msrp price of $35, 618 -Also, Robert charged extra fees of $408 for the surface protection products which I specifically DECLINED when he tried to sell to me. All these mark-up prices and extra fees were charged without my consent!!! I sent emails to Robert, Laurie, Dawood to inquire about it, they have not responded to any of my emails. I had to call Toyota Fremont to inquire about the updates, and spoke with Robert, he claimed he is not responsible for this, then I contacted the salesperson Laurie who also said the sales department is not responsible it. This is extremely DIRTY and UNETHICAL of the whole team in Toyota Fremont dealership. They would charge you more than what they quote. Until now, I still have not received any emails from them and they hang up on me when I tried to call them. This is NOT a dealership. This is STEALERSHIP!! This is absolutely deceptive and unsavory practices of Toyota dealers in Fremont. More
