Caveat emptor - sales mgr fraud - Be very focused when working with numbers. The sales managers will say 1 thing and do another. I negotiated a price on the vehicle AS IT SAT - ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDED. Bef working with numbers. The sales managers will say 1 thing and do another. I negotiated a price on the vehicle AS IT SAT - ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDED. Before negotiating there was a list of dealership items at $850 that was physically part of the vehicle and part of the price. There are other admin fees and licenseing and tax - all normal fees that are not physically part of the vehicle. When you negotiate a price on the vehicle and this $850 fee is added back in there is a certain amount of deception going on. Caveat emptor. More

Everything was great!! Everyone was super nice. We knew what we wanted & we got it. There were some complications when it came to the bank & the paperwork they needed due to us buying two cars at once. It what we wanted & we got it. Process and Review of fees (Customer Communication) Failure to explain my lease payments and applications in a clear and concise manner. I had made excess payments on my previous lease and was told by Failure to explain my lease payments and applications in a clear and concise manner. I had made excess payments on my previous lease and was told by two representatives that they would cut me a check for the over payments. I called the leasing company to inquire about the overpayment, but they said it was applied to the cost of the car. I called Ferman to ask about this and was explained the process (after the fact) and was told that it was "your interpretation". This was something that should be clearly explained in the selling process. I felt that this question (which I asked twice) was brushed aside to get a quick signature and when approached, only then fully educated, to which I was told there was nothing they can do. Poor business dealings to a former repeat customer. More
