Great experience at Phillips Chevy! I went in to Phillips because I saw a great price advertised on their website on the truck I was looking for. I assumed there would be a catch, or the price wouldn't be real, but it was. I met Joe Hamdan when I got there, and he got things going very quickly. I test drove the truck, and they got me a value on my trade. After a few minutes of friendly negotiations, we had a deal! They put everything in black and white with no fuzzy math or hidden fees that always seem to pop up at other dealers. Altogether, I was in and out of the dealership in just over two hours! I had my 4 year old daughter with me, so this was great! Joe even gave her a Phillips Chevrolet heart stuffed toy! This was a great experience with great people. Joe Hamdan is a super nice guy, and the service after the sale has been very good also. Not only do I love my new Silverado, but the whole experience was great! More
