He was very active in helping me find the perfect car. His communication was timely and answered all my questions (even the questions I texted him during off-work hours). He was very kind, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of my car. His non-pushy sales technique is what sold me. He was so genuine, I really felt like he had my best interest at heart. Once we worked through the details, I met with Pam Baker. Pam is so sweet and you can tell she has a lot of experience by the way she walks you through the financing process. She knew exactly what I needed and did not try to upsell me (that is a big factor, in my opinion). Pam took the time to answer any questions I had and I left really feeling like I made a friend. Since my purchase, I have converted 2 of my close friends to be Crews Subaru car owners as well! I am sure when the time comes for another upgrade, Robert will be the first person I call. Thank you! I've also been impressed by their commitment to local animal shelters, so buying a Subaru at Crews was an easy choice. I worked with Robert Kozakiewicz,, who was a delight. Knowledgable, no pressure, friendly and fun. I have never been much of a car enthusiast, but the 2016 Outback that I bought two days ago is a dream. Their employees couldn't be more patient in guiding me through all the smart car features. More

We got a great deal on a new car Tha helped seal the deal but what really sealed the deal was meeting Linda Breedlove, Robert Kozakiewicz and Matt Cote. You see they made the deal through their professional but oh so relaxed personalities. Linda is the business development manager, Robert is the Subaru specialist and Matt walked through all the paperwork to finalize our purchase. Loving my 2017 Subaru Outback! After months of researching vehicles, I decided that a 2017 Subaru Outback would be the perfect vehicle for my needs. In early August, I visited Crews After months of researching vehicles, I decided that a 2017 Subaru Outback would be the perfect vehicle for my needs. In early August, I visited Crews Subaru and took an Outback on a test drive with Robert (in sales). Robert was helpful during the test drive and was able to explain all of the ‘bells and whistles’ to me. I test drove the 4-cyl and the 6-cyl versions of the Outback. I went home that night, looks at Crews Subaru’s inventory online for the various Outbacks on the lot, and went back the next day to purchase. The next morning, I supplied Robert with the VIN of my specific Subaru Outback on the lot that had everything I wanted in it. SALES: The process of purchasing my vehicle was relatively painless. I was able to negotiate a fair price with Robert and Josh, the sales manager. Also, extended warranty options were explained to me, and I chose to purchase an extended warranty. TRADE: I was disappointed that Jerry, the used car manager, offered me 50% of Kelley Blue Book value for my potential Jeep trade. While I understand that they do need to make a profit off of my potential trade, there was no reason to offer 50% of KBB. Had I been offered even 75% of KBB value, I probably would have traded to avoid the hassle of selling my car. I chose to keep my Jeep; I sold it a week later on Craigslist for 99% of KBB value. Jerry’s lowballing of my potential trade FINANCE: Finance was quite easy. I believe my finance manager’s name was Al. He was kind, knowledgeable, and utilized a super-cool touchscreen table for the signing of all documents. Jason, the service manager, introduced himself to me before I left. SERVICE: There was a small cosmetic issue with my new Outback, so I made an appointment with service to replace the part. I came back a few days later for this service, bringing my Labrador with me as we were headed to the vet next. My dog is sweet and smart but also large, drooly, and shedding. While my dog and I waited in the customer service lounge, several employees came over to pet her, refill her water bowl, and offer her treats. I appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere, although I felt guilty about getting her hair and drool on the floor (she’s a messy drinker). While I have only had a week of experience with Crews Subaru’s sales, finance, and service departments, all is well thus far. The 2017 Outback, of course, is fantastic. More

Best experience buying a car I've ever had! I made about 3 trips here before making my purchase, with some trips to other dealers in between. I was very upfront about wanting to shop around before making a decision and not one time was I pressured to make a deal. The folks here at subaru actually told me to go out and check out other brands and to do my research, but they let me know they would be here waiting for me when I made my choice. Subarus sell themselves in my opinion. I bought a 2017 legacy sport with the eye sight and soo far I love this car. I came from a crew cab 4x4 truck and I still feel like I have plenty of room in this sedan. Scott and Robert were awesome and extremely helpful when I did have a question and I felt more like I wasaid being treated as a friend than as a customer. Even going through finance and singing my contract was a pleasant experience. Everything was explained and I didn't feel like I was being pushed to get every extra feature or warranty package if I didn't want it. Subaru has my business for life. More
