Since I was a small child, I have had a love, and passion for Mercedes-Benz Automobiles. I was intrigued by their design, elegance, and class. As I grew older, I always kept the Mercedes-Benz brand close to my heart. For many years, after college, I was in different areas of the interior design industry. I decided to make a change after the housing bubble busted. I am honored to have been with the Mercedes-Benz brand since 2010. Initially, my focus was on Sales, and now I am currently a Master-Certified Product Concierge at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. I am the go to expert for any technical question, refresher, or concern with your new or vintage Benz. I love working hand in hand with sales and service to give our client the best experience. I love explaining, and teaching our cars to anyone, and everyone. My name is Robert Lisi, and I am driven to delight!

Excellent customer experience! Leonardo and Robert were a great team in finding the vehicle I wanted - which required additional research and creativity to find the car at the port (note other dealers did no great team in finding the vehicle I wanted - which required additional research and creativity to find the car at the port (note other dealers did not explore) and provided a "touch less" experience from buying the new car, selling the old including signing, delivery and training. All this took a lot of extra time and patience. They both were very professional and friendly and also responded to many questions through texts and email including after hours. More

It was a relief for me especially when I looked around for a car and there’s nothing to find due to Hurricane Ida that hit us recently. My one-year old car got flooded and deemed unusable after it was res for a car and there’s nothing to find due to Hurricane Ida that hit us recently. My one-year old car got flooded and deemed unusable after it was rescued from the dirt. Cars became scarce due to the flood that affected my area and surrounding towns. Mr Vasil Cherepania from Mercedes Benz in Princeton took an extra mile to help me find a car that suits my needs. The 2-week wait for shipping the car to NJ was worth it. I can’t thank him enough for getting me the model and the color I wanted. When the car arrived the process was so fast and easy. Robert was also there who showed me the features of the car. I am so satisfied with the service and experience I received from both of them. Will recommend them to my friends and fellow nurses who need to buy a car. More

Dealer rater, This is my 35th car, & I did this rating 3 Dealer rater, This is my 35th car, & I did this rating 3 years ago for my then 2018 Mercedes GLE350 4matic in polar white, which I just returned for Dealer rater, This is my 35th car, & I did this rating 3 years ago for my then 2018 Mercedes GLE350 4matic in polar white, which I just returned for a new 2021 Mercedes GLC 300 4 magic in polar white. I don’t know how I can be more positive & complementary of the people I did business & Mercedes Benz of Princeton. Due to my personal situation & the current automotive market, I did all of my research, inquiries, & shopping online & on the phone instead of my going in person to a number of car dealerships, & makes, as always doing in the past. At Mercedes of Princeton I found the same people, Puneet Kapoor (sales), George Wilkening (sales mgr./general mgr.), Robert Lisi (product concierge) & the inventory mgr., who may still be Jimmie Russonello I didn’t see him this time, but I believe he or the person in that position helped Puneet secure my car as three years ago. It was no easy task for Puneet to locate a Mercedes to the the best of my liking, & a deal that I would except. I will again say that Puneet is a very pleasant, smartly dressed, laid back, polite, mild mannered, patient, helpful personality, with a lot of car sales experience. ( I think I have just run out of words to describe Puneet). He & the dealership demonstrated genuine concern/interest in keeping me as a repeat customer in this unusually tough auto market. Last time I said that Puneet was at least tied with the “best” car salesman I had with my many previous car buying experiences, but I am now going to say he has without a doubt proved to be the best salesman I have ever had. George Wilkening/ sales manager I never got to meet in person last time due to his being with someone the few times I tried, but I do know he worked closely with Puneet to make me a first time customer 3 years ago. This time, last week I did meet George, & wanted to thank him this time in person for going that “extra mile” to keep me a Mercedes customer. I thanked him for all he did for me with the 2018 & now the 2021. As with some businesses you might feel like just another number, but not here. Even Lauren, one of the receptionists that took my many calls to Puneet & Robert is a very friendly & personable individual. Also, the man that they ask to put on the temp plates (same fellow as 3 years ago always has a smile on his face. Now, Robert lisi, the product concierge, knows his cars with all its technical “stuff”. No matter how low tech I would tell him I am he would always try to build me up, & say, as he did 3 years ago, he is always available to help out & give as many refresher courses as needed. I did contact him numerous times in 2018, & many times before even getting the 2021 GlC now, to ask questions, as I did Puneet. Never once did he ever display a lack of patience even if it seemed like the dealership was busy waiting for his services. Now I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my experience with the service dept. over the past 3 years. I have already asked Puneet how do I get the same service advisor that I had, Victor. He always was accommodating, & made me feel very comfortable with his help, whether it was a loaner, or anything else. Additionally, (I don’t know her position) but a Paula was very helpful assisting me in the service dept. when it didn’t require talking to Victor. I will always be looking out to send Puneet, & Mercedes of Princeton customers. Well, once again I may have written one of the longest reviews ever done, just as in 2018. But, I do believe in acknowledging/giving credit where I feel it is due. Thank you Marv G. More
