Mini sales people take your phone number down just to go through the motions but never actually do anything. I went into the dealership because I happen to be in the area that day and was looking to purchase a particular model Mercedes. Ended up getting a potential Vehicle of consideration two days later. He called my husband right away. Once I got back in contact with him he started the process rolling. Never pushy was very honest and upfront. When I say he literally rolled out the red carpet for me the experience awesome, that would be an understatement.
