I have been dealing with Tom Trovas for quite some time and every time I am ready for another lease I end up driving away with a new car. I have had nothing but great experiences with him. This time around I had my first experience with Robert Lisi and I must also say that my first impression of him was WOW this guy really knows his cars and the features specific to your vehicle. Robert Lisi is THE BEST! I was having horrible problems with the navigation system in my car. I brought it to the service department more than once and they kept telling me d I was having horrible problems with the navigation system in my car. I brought it to the service department more than once and they kept telling me different things were wrong. I was getting very discouraged because it still wouldn't work. Through a single phone call Robert was able to tell me what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. It was really a simple problem. He walked me through the steps while I was in the car and saved me a trip to the dealership. So grateful to finally have this problem solved! I highly recommend this technical wiz! More
