He answered all of our questions and did not put pressure on us to make a decision. It was a very good experience buying our car and trading in our car. When we came back to pick up our car we were introduced to Robert Lisi who was going to walk us thru all of the features of our car. He was also a gentleman and was thoroughly knowledgeable on the difference between our 2015 and now 2017 Mercedes. He took his time and showed great patience with our questions. We had a small issue with trying to link my I Phone to Apple Car Play he again showed great patience and did all he could to try and fix the issue. More

Our experience with our Sales Representative, Dale Cook, was exceptional. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable and gave us individualized attention you just don't get anywhere else. We requested a certain color vehicle and Dale went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted, we were thrilled. When it was over, Dale shook our hands and said, "Welcome to the family." We truly feel that we are part of the Mercedes family and have no intention of going back to our previous dealership. Robert Lisi was outstanding.
