Had a bmw 650i convertible high performance car. I could have bought it out of the lease but Tom assured me I would love this car. He was right. 'Robert' showed me the tecnology on SL 450 and the NEW GLS450 (which we picked up yesterday) and drove 2 1/2 hours back to our home in New York. You can't beat the comfort and drive a Mercedes. We always get excellent service with Tom, and Robert does a splendid job on introducing us to the car(s). More

Tom Knobloch, Jr. did all he could do to make sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted, and he made the process of returning Tom Knobloch, Jr. did all he could do to make sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted, and he made the process of returning my lease and getting into my new vehicle seamless. I am very happy with my GLC, which is a joy to drive.
