Great experience buying another Ford Explorer. We pulled up in our 2003 explorer. We were greeted by very polite and pleasant gentlemen. Bobby Barranger was our salesman. He was so very accommodati We pulled up in our 2003 explorer. We were greeted by very polite and pleasant gentlemen. Bobby Barranger was our salesman. He was so very accommodating. My husband was concerned about his new explorer fitting in the garage. Bobby helped him measure the car. He stayed with us and explained every process to our new journey of leasing for the first time. He was busy yet attentive at the same time. He offered us a beverage while giving a complete explanation of every detail. Bobby answered our questions with total knowledge and confidence. After financing with Big John, who was also so very nice, he too had explained everything. He was a Teddy Bear. Before we left Bobby showed us everything in and about our new Ford Explorer.
