Not sure who Robert Bradford is, but the Service Team didn't greet me, made me wait, then told me that my scheduled appointment for an oil and filter change would take a couple of hours. Then, I never sa didn't greet me, made me wait, then told me that my scheduled appointment for an oil and filter change would take a couple of hours. Then, I never saw that man again. Two and a half hours later, someone finally checked on my vehicle and told me they were finishing up. Later, that same man handed me my key and I left, but without any paperwork. The bigger complaint is that scheduling service thru Bluelink has not worked out for me. More

Worst phone system ever! Impossible to get a human on the phone. I left numerous messages and even texted non stop and go no response, he claimed he never got them. What a huge waste of my time. There’s a recall on my seatbelts and was told they were not in stock and would have to bring it back, but after leaving I realized no one asked me about coming back to get that done. After getting oil changed and inspection, I told them I had a slow leak in tire, they did patch it up but left me with a low tire, why would t they check the pressure and fill it up for me?? Very frustrating and dissatisfied More
