I was in the process of moving to colorado looking purchase my wife a new 4 runner. Jim norton seemed to have the best prices at the time is the only reason i chose to purchase there. Overall the ex purchase my wife a new 4 runner. Jim norton seemed to have the best prices at the time is the only reason i chose to purchase there. Overall the experience was ok. I didn't feel like they had a very strong financial department. They ran the wrong credit report to begin with, informing me i had been declined by two financial groups which was not the case. Obviously it was a mistake. Then there was a misunderstanding as to the time of pickup for the vehicle. I had told them my wife should be there to pickup the vehicle around 2pm, but was not informed that appointments were needed to complete the financial paperwork. When my wife arrived around 5 to pickup the vehicle (live in stillwater fyi) the sales associates were less than friendly to her. It wasn't her fault simple misunderstanding but pretty unprofessional on thier part. Lets just say for thier sake i'm glad i live in colorado and was not there at the time. All in all we like the vehicle but i would have expected better customer service putting 20k down and having a high credit score. I negotiated 38k out the door over the phone and when i was mailed the documents to sign see they tacked on 349.00 in dealership fees. In the fine print it reads oral agreements are not binding. What happened to the day when you could take a man at his word. Guess that's the world we live in. More

I have always purchased my vehicles from Jim Norton. This was my 6th car purchase from this location and there is a reason, first of all you can't beat Toyota quality and this locations customer service This was my 6th car purchase from this location and there is a reason, first of all you can't beat Toyota quality and this locations customer service and service department. Robert Blocker who assisted us with our purchase was very laid back, not forceful and easy to work with and was very willing to help us, we really enjoyed working with him and will purchase from him in the future. Joshua Casey in finance did a great job in getting us financed as quickly as possible and was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership, they will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied in all areas of owning a new car. More

Robert Blocker is an outstanding sales associate. I apprciate his help and no pressure attitude. He cares about the customer. That is why I am not giving a higher rating. However, Robert Blocker and Ms. Pena (Customer Relations) really care and took care of the situtation. I highly recommend Robert. At least if you have issues, Jim Norton Toyota wants to resolve them. More

We recently purchased a new 2013 Toyota Sienna from Jim Norton. Derek Brown and Robert Blocker helped us purchase our vehicle. Derek was very helpful, and worked hard to meet us on our schedule. He quickly figured out we text a lot more than we talk on the phone, and happily texted us all the information we asked for. My wife and I are very detailed oriented, Derek had no problem exercising patience & thoughtfully answering or finding the answer to all of our questions. We started in used cars but couldn't find a used car that met our needs at the price we wanted to pay. We were very glad we could continue working with Derek and Robert on the new car side. We were very satisfied with Derek's help. Robert was always around to help us if Derek was ever unavailable, and we were equally satisfied with Robert's assistance. Robert negotiated with us on the final price, and was kind and reasonable throughout the process. We are bringing our van in next week for service. If the service side is as straightforward and honest and the sales side, we will service our car at Jim Norton also. More

Went to Jim Norton to puchase a new Tundra, with an idea of what I wanted. Robert Blocker our salesman was very knowledgable and attentive. This was the best expience we have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Every one was very friendly and very concerned that we were comfortable while waiting. I have dealt with Jim Norton before & was very pleased so that is why I went back when I decided to purchase a new Camry. I thought I had a wonderful experience that last time, but working with R pleased so that is why I went back when I decided to purchase a new Camry. I thought I had a wonderful experience that last time, but working with Robert Blocker & Zach Pinney made this experience exceptional! Robert was available when I needed him, he took the extra steps to bring the Camry that I wanted to the Jim Norton lot and I have had nothing but pure pleasure driving my new Camry & I couldn't have done it without Robert's & Zach's help! The dealership closed at 7pm but Robert stayed with me until almost 8pm to make sure I was comfortable driving my new Camry and I thought I was, so I stopped by the grocery store on my way home & when I came back out, I couldn't get my car to start. I called Robert around 8:30 for help & he answered his cell & very politely told me to put my foot on the brake & that was all he had to say, I will never forget to do that again! Overall, I would recomend Jim Norton & ask for Robert Blocker, to anyone, whether they are looking for a Toyota or not, I think Robert could convince them Toyota is the way to go!! More
