Traditional Car Buying Hassle is GONE! We were in need of a vehicle but, weren't quite ready...so, I stopped in for a TEST DRIVE and left with a New Car. Sure there are still multiple steps We were in need of a vehicle but, weren't quite ready...so, I stopped in for a TEST DRIVE and left with a New Car. Sure there are still multiple steps in the process but, Robert was more than willing to facilitate our needs and see to it that we were taken care of and got us a GREAT DEAL! More

Andy was personable and kept the conversation going as we went thru the myriad documents. He was very professional and explained each document for me which was helpful. I explained what I needed to Robert Blocker and the use I would need my care/truck for. He pulled exactly what I needed around and we test drove it. There was ZERO Pressure to buy. It was like a long lost friend in the cab with me. I would recommend Jim Norton of Tulsa. Not so much OKC. I had a much better experience in Tulsa with this group. Also, the price of the vehicle was better than anywhere from OKC to Kansas City Scott Jacks More

completely satisfked. I was assisted by Robert Blocker and Marie Bowers in my purchase of a new RAV4 , I had been waiting to see the 2019 models. Roubert was so helpful a I was assisted by Robert Blocker and Marie Bowers in my purchase of a new RAV4 , I had been waiting to see the 2019 models. Robert Blocker was very accomodating and made the whole car buying process easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I needed to obtain a car quickly and I felt comfortable with him from our first phone call. He was detailed, showed me the whole facility and how to work everything in the car. Helpful and not high pressure Robert was very good... Definitely did not feel like a normal high pressure car salesman. Helped us find what we wanted.
