My husband and I leased our first family car from South Shore Hyundai. We are extremely happy with our purchase and we couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience. Rob was tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and so patient. He gave us options that suited our needs exactly and it made making the final decision all the more easier. Overall, I would say our customer experience was unmatched from the moment we made that first phone call and walked in to the showroom to the time we left with our new car. I worked with rob when he was at millennium Hyundai. He stayed in touch with me after purchasing my first car from him. I came to see him again at south shore Hyundai for our second family car and he was a stayed in touch with me after purchasing my first car from him. I gave the rating that I did because Rob Betts was very nice and accommodating,dropping off the car the same day as I bought it,picked up the payment the next day, was patient, answered all my questions an nice and accommodating,dropping off the car the same day as I bought it,picked up the payment the next day, was patient, answered all my questions and told me that any time I had a question, to just reach and call him and gave me his cell number. I went in to buy or lease a new hyundai and worked with Rob Betts. He was EXTREMELY knowledgable and helpful. Wasnt pushy at all.
