Bob is great to talk to, but also got us through the buying process with efficiency and care for the details that mattered to us. We bought a vehicle "as is" but Bob still advocated on our behalf to fix a few minor issues that bothered us. He always offered us a water or some coffee and snacks, and was super accommodating with my wife and I both working full time into the evenings.
