We bought a vehicle "as is" but Bob still advocated on our behalf to fix a few minor issues that bothered us. He always offered us a water or some coffee and snacks, and was super accommodating with my wife and I both working full time into the evenings. I enjoyed talking hockey with Bob and I hope that I'll have the chance to buy another vehicle from him in the future!! Thanks Bob! More
