Rough Start - Excellent Outcome My wife and I initially went to Sullivan to look at a 2019 CPO GMC Arcadia which we were told was available and would be pulled up and ready. Upon ar My wife and I initially went to Sullivan to look at a 2019 CPO GMC Arcadia which we were told was available and would be pulled up and ready. Upon arrival at the dealership 30 mins. later we were told the vehicle had been sold "20 minutes ago". No call, email or other notification by staff informing us of the status of the vehicle. Needless to say we were both disappointed and more than a little perturbed. Our sales rep, Robert Baturin walked into a perfect storm and handled the situation with professionalism, patience and no pressure. Were it not for Mr. Baturin, we would have turned around and walked out to look elsewhere. More

Robert did great ! I dealt with Robert over the phone since I live three hours away..He sent me extra pictures that I requested & also checked certain things out on I dealt with Robert over the phone since I live three hours away..He sent me extra pictures that I requested & also checked certain things out on the truck for me. He even had a second person take a look at it to reassure me..He returned all phone calls in a timely matter. I took the three hour drive to check it out & test drive it.. It was everything that Robert said it was & I made the purchase ! Mike in finance was fun to talk to and he also explained everything in detail & got everything wrapped up in a timely fashion.
