He took the information on our trade in over the phone and emailed us the allowance before we ever arrived. He showed us the pick ups that we had indicated an interest in upon arrival. However , when we changed our mind concerning the color and trim packages that we wanted he didnt hesitate to show us 5 additional vehicles and get quotes for each so that we could get what we wanted. I hate salesmen, and wont tolerate high pressure sales tactics. I loved the Vernon Auto Group. Robby helped in every way he could to make it a hassle free and satisfying experience. I wont buy a vehicle from anyone else! More
