Excellent experience from building my 2022 GLS 450, updates throughout the build, picture of her arrival at the dealer and making the paperwork of the purchase seamless, Nicole, Zoltan and Tony were th updates throughout the build, picture of her arrival at the dealer and making the paperwork of the purchase seamless, Nicole, Zoltan and Tony were the perfect team. Upon arriving to pick her up, my car was inside the showroom with a bow, a Congratulation sign and everyone was waiting to greet us. Did I mention they were able to deliver her the same day of delivery from plant, so we could drive it on our trip the same week. Once we completed a tutorial of the MBUX system by Tony, we spent a short time with Rob in Finance to complete are documents. Everything was pre-filled and dated, only needed signatures and review.
