My vehicle was stolen from their SERVICE BAY a week ago! Messages have been left for GM Rob Love with NO return phone call, no apology, nothing. Total negligence on their part! Service was excellent until I received a survey. They attempted to bribe me with a full tank of gas for all 10s on the survey. Even though I attempted to let the sales rep and his manager know that I appreciated their service (as indicated by 9s and 10s in the survey), I was informed by them that I would not receive the truck bed cover they promised before the survey, due to the survey scores I provided. They said, "The survey cost them money." Agaqin, I gave them 9s and 10s. I am currently attempting to get this matter resolved with management More

I bought a Jeep back in April.   I'm out of state.  They gave me 2 month temporary tags.  However, they never sent me the temporary title I need to register and get plates in my sta   I'm out of state.  They gave me 2 month temporary tags.  However, they never sent me the temporary title I need to register and get plates in my state.  My temporary tags expired 14 days ago.  I've called Kenny no less than 100 times trying to get them to send me the proper paperwork.  Kenny tells me it's a third party's problem.  That's when Kenny actually takes my call or returns my call.  Half the time, no one at the dealership answers the phone.  Took 3 days for Rob Love, the GM to call me back, after I left 5 messages. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.  The customer service is terrible. I'm lucky to talk to someone at the dealership once a day trying to get an update on where my title is. More

In a panic, I ran into the dealership. It was a Saturday at 2:30 and service had closed. My son was in Mt Pleasant, 2 hours away. I had his key with the dead battery. I had bought a new battery at Target and watched a YouTube video. I thought it would be easy. I was rushing to get to my son. He plays college hockey for CMU and had a game in a few hours. I couldn’t get the key back together. After several attempts at home, I drove to the dealership. When I saw that service was closed, I dashed into the sales room. 3 gentleman including Caselle and Rob Love figured it out. They were so nice and saved the day. They went above and beyond for this hockey mom! More
