Mr. Harley was very diligent, professional, pleasant and listened conscientiously to all our needs. At the end, we meet Paige Nicolas, Financial Manager, who is so professional, courteous, knowlegeable and joyful person. She made our financial time so smoothly and approachable. In general, my husband and me are VERY HAPPY with the lovely experience at this wonderful Dealer!, The Service that Diego, Rob and Paige are doing is not a regular Customer Service, it is a QUALITY SERVICE that we experienced at Younger Nissan of Frederick and that we are happy and grateful for. My experience with Rob Harley, the general sales manager at Younger Nissan, was extremely disappointing. After noticing a price discrepancy on my sales paperwork, I brought it to Rob’s attention. Rather tha at Younger Nissan, was extremely disappointing. After noticing a price discrepancy on my sales paperwork, I brought it to Rob’s attention. Rather than addressing the issue, he openly justified the practice, claiming it was a tactic they use to make their deals “seem more appealing.” When I expressed my concerns, Rob became dismissive and condescending. He further defended the discrepancy with comments like, “This is what we do; you signed this,” showing no willingness to resolve the issue and instead mocking the situation. Rob’s unprofessional and passive-aggressive behavior left me feeling disrespected and misled. I cannot recommend doing business with Younger Nissan under his management, as it reflects a lack of transparency and integrity. More
