Working with one person ( Riley) from start to finish is refreshing and appreciated. The only negative feedback I would like to share are two hiccups: - No one caught that our back driver window does not roll up. I now have to unfortunately take time out to take the vehicle to Audi to be serviced right after it was purchased. - We were given the vehicle with only 1/4 tank of gas. I was really disappointed about this. It's a very simple and easy customer service to provide gas for such a big purchase vehicle (any vehicle really). Thanks, M More

I will never buy a car anywhere else again! First. Go see Riley. Buying a car has never been so easy! He put the keys in the car. Told me to test drive. By the time I came back I was approved and we started the paperwork. There was NO pressure! This place is not like Honda or Toyota. Everybody here was chill. At first I wasn't sure I was even in the right place lol But Riley was awesome. I left feeling like I got everything I wanted, in the car I wanted, with the payment I wanted. He was nice to my son. He answered all my questions with depth and it was obvious he was able to listen intently. I was given updates to changes right away about details regarding the portion of the sale being financed etc. We drove up from Tucson, and it was definitely worth it. The atmosphere in the office was excellent. I appreciate this type of relaxed but professional small business. This is a place that does things differently in all the ways that it should. Bonus: He gave a good tip on where to get dinner in Tempe! More

Old School Car buying experience. I found LeSueur when shopping for used MB online. We called in to arrange a few test drives and were greeting with a low key, professional, and cour I found LeSueur when shopping for used MB online. We called in to arrange a few test drives and were greeting with a low key, professional, and courteous voice. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were shocked by the lack of pressure. Riley, our sales associate was great. He worked with us, knew the vehicles we were interested in, and applied zero pressure. He checked in with us when appropriate to make sure we were happy with our test driving experience and to get our opinion on each vehicle we drove. This sales technique worked for us and we purchased that day. In the future LeSueur will be our first stop. I have already recommended them to my folks who are moving to the Valley soon. After the sale Riley sat with my other half and set up the bluetooth and ran through the features of the vehicle. To say we were pleased with the experience is a huge understatement. More
