Working with Ricky at Smythe Volvo was an absolute pleasure. Ricky is a guy who can read the room and has an excellent intuition dealing with people. This is an art that can’t be taught. That being said working with Ricky was fantastic because he listened to what I wanted, at no point added any pressure at all. And he sold a car, I bought a car and all is good. You really can’t ask for better than that. He definitely has a life long client with me. More
