Richard was very helpful when it came to setting up all my OnStar electronics and understanding the vehicle. My only critique would be based on my experience with the financial advisor, Eddie. He had an attitude from the very beginning as if we were an inconvenience and lacks customer service. We initially greeted him, as any human would, to receive not a word back. Tried to engage in small talk but I quickly understood that he wasn’t interested. He responds with a flat affect, rude tone, and sassy response to any question asked regarding the millions of documents he expected me to blindly sign. I understand everyone has a different personality, and he clearly does not live by “southern hospitality” as we do, but at a point it comes off as we are an inconvenience, although he is the one providing us with a service. Otherwise, we greatly appreciate everyone’s support in helping us complete our first out of state purchase. More

Not only was having a brand new Corvette a life long dream, but picking one up at the National Corvette Museum has been a bucket list item for the last 20 years! Nimnicht Chevrolet moved heaven and earth to make these dreams a reality! Not only that, the entire Sales Team treated me like a VIP throughout the entire process! Like I was their only customer! I’ve purchased (29) cars since the age of 16 and my least favorite aspect has always been dealing with dealerships! Not in this case. I’m not sure how they developed their culture but they use a “Customer First” approach that leaves you wanting to come back and inspires you to tell all of your friends and family to only buy from Nimnicht! This experience was life changing and I will never forget it! More
