Nice people to deal with Everything was nice and smooth. I give 5 stars all day long. I also gave all excellent's when in store survey. However, I did think of something later that would have improved our service. I called day before and day of. Scheduled a time to come do a test drive. Car should have been upfront waiting for us. It was in the back, I think had dead battery, and covered in dust. I would have been happier and more impressed to see a clean car waiting for me at my scheduled test drive time. FYI Ricky runs his butt off to keep things moving. Great guy to work with. More

Frustrated Sale person was knowledgeable and personable. Pricing was an issue. What I thought was the price without trade in was the price with the trade in. Sale person was knowledgeable and personable. Pricing was an issue. What I thought was the price without trade in was the price with the trade in. Then they tried to sell me a bunch of crap. Tire and rim protection? Really? Once we had an agreed price, I had to wait over an hour before I finally signed the paperwork for the loan. Ended up being there over 4 hours. More
